BOSS Instruments' Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Each customer service representative is formally trained to better serve you. BOSS is committed to delivering top quality service to each customer. We strive to make each call a pleasurable experience, developing long term service relationships.

DISTRIBUTION

BOSS utilizes various methods of distribution. In some areas, distributor organizations are used, while in others, independent medical representatives are relied upon. As BOSS grows, it continually seeks new or additional distribution organizations and individuals who are professional and hardworking and who concentrate their sales and service efforts in operating rooms and surgeons' offices. Those with experience selling surgical instruments are most preferred.

INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION

BOSS Instruments, Ltd. currently markets surgical instruments throughout the world with the help of "exclusive distributors". BOSS Instruments, Ltd. is continually seeking quality organizations with professional salespeople who concentrate their sales efforts in the hospital operating room and surgeon’s office. Our specialty lines are extensive yet streamlined, excluding outmoded patterns while including many of the newer, most recent developments.
